WOODEN SWING SETS DELIVERY & INSTALLATION POLICY

At Treefrogs, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless delivery and installation experience. Below you will find details regarding our policy for delivering and installing our wooden swing sets.

Delivery Policy Service Area
We offer delivery services within the UAE. For locations outside this region, please contact our customer service team for a custom delivery quote.  

Delivery Scheduling
Once your order is processed, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery date and time. Deliveries typically occur Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.  

Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery occurs within 2-3 business days from the order confirmation date, depending on availability and location.

Pre-Delivery Requirements
Please ensure that the delivery location is accessible for our trucks and that there is sufficient space for the swing set to be unloaded. Inform us of any specific delivery instructions, such as gate access, narrow roads, or restrictions, when scheduling your delivery. 

Installation Policy Professional Installation
We offer professional installation services for all Treefrogs wooden swing sets to ensure proper assembly and safety compliance.  Installation Scheduling: Installation typically takes place on the same day as delivery, unless otherwise arranged. You will be provided with an estimated installation time, which may vary based on weather conditions and complexity of the swing set.  

Installation Fee
Installation fees are based on the complexity and size of the swing set and will be quoted during the purchase process. For larger, more intricate models, additional labour fees may apply.

Installation Requirements

  • The installation site must be clear and level. Any grading, excavation, or site preparation must be completed prior to our team’s arrival.
  • Ensure there is enough space for the swing set, including safety clearance as specified in the product manual.
  • If the installation requires any specific utilities (e.g., electricity for powered tools), it is the customer’s responsibility to provide access.
  • A responsible adult (18 years or older) must be present at the time of delivery and installation to inspect the product and sign off on completion.
  • Ensure that our team has access to the site during the agreed-upon time window. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees.
  • Upon completion, our team will conduct a walkthrough with you to ensure the swing set has been installed correctly. Please report any issues within 48 hours. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellation Policy
Delivery and installation cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date to avoid a cancellation fee.  You may reschedule your delivery or installation by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date.

Warranty and Support Installation Warranty
We offer a limited 5 year warranty on our installation services. If any issues arise due to improper installation, we will correct them at no additional cost.  All Treefrogs swingsets come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the specific product documentation for details on coverage and duration. 

Additional Information Inclement Weather
In case of adverse weather conditions, we may need to reschedule delivery and/or installation for safety reasons. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.  

Liability
Treefrogs is not responsible for any damage caused to the property if the site is not properly prepared prior to installation or if there are unforeseen obstacles preventing access to the site.
